Upload your documents, answer a few short questions and give us one email address. You see your findings straight away. You only create an account when you want your Action Pack.
The review ends in one of four places: nothing specific to question, more evidence needed, worth a professional review, or a compliance point to check. It reports the duty it can see in your documents. It does not calculate refunds, savings or recovery amounts.
How your documents are handled
- Your files are uploaded to private storage. Access is restricted to your own review by database and storage access controls.
- Your files are used to prepare your Import Cost Review, and for support and troubleshooting if you ask us for help.
- MarginMining uses AI-assisted processing to read and analyse your documents. Document content is sent to our AI processing provider to produce the review.
- No account is required to see your review. You only create one if you want the Action Pack.
- If you do not create an account, your uploaded documents and your review are deleted automatically 30 days after you start the review. If you do create an account, your review is kept in your account until you delete it.

Upload your last shipment documents
Best documents to start with: supplier invoice, import declaration, carrier clearance invoice, freight invoice. Additional supporting documents: certificate or declaration of origin, SKU or product export, landed cost file. Start with what you already have.
The import declaration and the carrier clearance invoice matter most: they are where the duty actually charged on your shipment can be read. Without at least one of them the review can still check your paperwork, but it will tell you the duty could not be verified rather than guess.
